Overview

The RN Regional Director of Day Center Operations is primarily responsible for leading and managing the operations and strategic growth of the day center locations within the designated region.

• Oversee weekly payroll for day center employees.
• Drive growth of center census figures through effective communication.
• Ensure satisfaction among day center members and staff.
• Supervise billing processes to ensure budgetary controls.
• Support RN Administrators in operational issues.
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with service line directors for organizational growth.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver training on current regulations to RN Administrators.
• Maintain thorough administrative records for compliance.

Requirements

• 1 year experience with Older Adults or Adults with Specialized Care Needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing.
• Current SC RN license in good standing.
• Experience managing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Travel required within the Midland SC region.
