PLM Digital Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Digital Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and front-line technical support for our Product Life Cycle business community, as well as other operational business systems.

In Short

• Assisting with investigating and resolving data issues.
• Responding to ad hoc requests for reports or master data listings.
• Focus on Product Lifecycle business user support duties.
• Work closely with contract personnel providing support.
• Build relationships with various business teams based in the US and China.
• Effectively communicate with senior management level business users.

Requirements

• Exposure to Product Life Cycle user communities.
• Experience with Product Bill of Materials (BOMs), SKUs, Launch campaigns.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in using Product Life Cycle and related software tools.
