The Operations Analyst will manage client billing and vendor payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various accounting teams.

• Process and manage client billing files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Data entry accuracy and efficiency
