Overview

The Interim Manager, Regulatory Affairs will support product registration and compliance for cosmetics and OTC products across e.l.f. Beauty brands in the US and Canada, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

  • Monitor new regulations and participate in trade association committees.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role.
  • A science background (BS degree or higher) is required.
  • Understanding of cosmetics regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with web-based databases and submission portals.
  • Willing to travel domestically as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role.
  • A science background (BS degree or higher) is required.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Cosmetics products regulatory requirements.
  • Conversant in the US/Canada Regulatory framework.
  • Highly collaborative and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and orally.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel domestically, as required.
