Working Student in HR Focused on Digital Personnel Files & Personio (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on the digitalization of HR processes and the optimization of internal data structures. You will be responsible for managing and updating digital personnel files using Personio.

In Short

• Responsible for data cleanup and completion of existing digital personnel files in Personio.
• Support the transfer of physical or scattered documents into the system and ensure correct categorization.
• Update master data and ensure all employee profiles are up to date.
• Ensure compliance with document standards and data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Help optimize processes in Personio to make them more efficient for the team.
• Provide operational HR support to the team for daily HR tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Business Psychology, Humanities or similar HR-related fields).
• IT affinity; comfortable with new software systems, ideally with experience in Personio or other HR tools.
• Meticulous working style with attention to detail.
• Discretion in handling sensitive personnel data.
• Enjoy working through extensive datasets in a structured manner.
