Overview

As the head of HR, I am currently building a central HR department for a decentralized organization. I am looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) to assist me in the structural and content development. You can expect a true co-creator role in an environment where processes, IT tools, and guidelines are created from scratch.

Requirements

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) in psychology, human resources management, business psychology, or a comparable field
• You enjoy structuring complex content and documenting it clearly
