Overview

We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to strengthen our Patient Care Team at our location in Cologne.

In Short

• Inbound and outbound telephone communication
• Recording patient inquiries for new cases
• Processing inquiries for existing cases
• Service triage
• Scheduling appointments with our medical team and specialists
• Telephone follow-up
• Point of contact for patients and doctors regarding BetterDoc services
• Organizing medical documents
• Written communication with patients

Requirements

• Preferred studies in health economics or health sciences
• Enjoyment in telephone contact with patients
• Ability to represent the company positively in direct patient contact
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Empathy and a secure, friendly demeanor
