Part-Time Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a part-time Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne, preferably working 32 hours per week.

In Short

• Independent booking and processing of ongoing business transactions (debtors, creditors, general accounts, banks)
• Preparatory financial accounting
• Creation of invoices and credit notes
• Support of regular payment transactions
• Independent request for invoices (internally & externally)
• Communication and collaboration with external tax advisors
• Internal coordination with financial controlling
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on financial accounting
• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• Proficient in digital tools and experience with modern financial accounting systems
• Strong affinity for numbers and daily communication with various internal and external contacts
• High level of motivation, initiative, flexibility, and accuracy
