We assist patients with serious illnesses and complex diagnoses by finding the best doctors for their specific health problems. We utilize publicly available quality data, the expertise of our advisory board, and valuable experiences from other patients. Since 2012, we have helped thousands of patients find the right doctor for their health issues. We became part of the Otto Group in 2022, which supports us in our mission.

In Short

• Inbound and outbound telephone communication
• Recording patient inquiries for new cases
• Processing inquiries for existing cases
• Service triage
• Scheduling appointments with our medical team and specialists
• Telephone follow-ups
• Point of contact for patients and doctors regarding BetterDoc services
• Organizing medical documents
• Written communication with patients

Requirements

• Preferred studies in medicine, health economics, or health sciences
• Fluent in Italian and German, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment in patient contact via phone
• Ability to represent the company positively in patient interactions
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Empathy and a friendly demeanor
