Medical Assistant / MFA (Italian-speaking) in Digital Health - Remote

Overview

We are looking for motivated colleagues with a medical background to strengthen and further develop our Patient Care Team.

In Short

• You are the first point of contact for our BetterDoc patients via phone and in writing.
• You answer questions about our service and take medical concerns from patients.
• You assist in organizing findings and scheduling conversations with our medical team.
• If necessary, you help patients schedule appointments with specialists we have researched.
• You provide support for additional medical concerns where we can assist in finding a suitable specialist.
• You are available for follow-up questions regarding their case and consult with our follow-up team on complex issues.

Requirements

• You have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Nurse, or have comparable training or work experience.
• Experience in telephone patient/customer contact or in a call center.
• Strong communication skills and high patient orientation.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Engagement and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work regularly on-site in the Cologne office during training.
• Fluent German and Italian language skills are required.
