B2B Growth Marketer - UK/I - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B footprint in the UK and Ireland. This isn't a traditional marketing role; we need a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from high-level campaign planning to setting up complex outbound sequences in the same afternoon.

In Short

• Drive the UKI B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the Nordic markets.
• Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences.
• Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM.
• Craft compelling sales collateral and thought leadership content.
• Identify and orchestrate top-tier local partnerships and sponsorships.

Requirements

• Native English Speaker.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
• Experience in early-stage startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Ability to handle multiple complex workstreams.
• Broad knowledge across performance marketing and data analysis.
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action.
• Strategic instincts for understanding customer bases.
