• Focus on building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns in Braze.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing teams.
• Responsibilities include setting up triggers and managing multivariate tests.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose optimizations.
• Streamline and document CRM workflows.
• Requires 2+ years of experience in Braze.
• Must work 20–30 hours per week, starting ASAP.
• Bonus for Braze Certification and experience with Amplitude and Looker.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Braze campaigns.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and QA’ing.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
