Elevate Labs is on a mission to improve people's minds through innovative mobile apps. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive performance marketing for our core apps.

In Short

• Own and optimize performance marketing channels for one of our apps.
• Shape the channel and creative testing roadmap for new user acquisition.
• Conduct daily/weekly performance deep dives and lead campaign optimizations.
• Develop creative briefs and deploy multiple creative tests weekly.
• Drive process improvements in creative operations and channel management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the new user journey.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns on Paid Social.
• Experience in high-velocity creative testing for paid social.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of KPIs like CAC and ROAS.
• Ability to use business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with a builder’s mindset.
