Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving revenue growth.

In Short

• Plan and run email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level.
• Maintain active social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).
• Build and manage a 30-day content calendar.
• Design graphics and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
• Automate workflows with Zapier and manage data flow between systems.
• Analyze results in Excel/Google Sheets and provide insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams in South America and create process documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to create Zapier workflows.
• Basic design and video editing skills.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
