Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving revenue growth.

In Short

Plan and run email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level.
Maintain active social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).
Build and manage a 30-day content calendar.
Design graphics and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
Automate workflows with Zapier and manage data flow between systems.
Analyze results in Excel/Google Sheets and provide insights.
Collaborate with sales teams in South America and create process documentation.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Ability to create Zapier workflows.
Basic design and video editing skills.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis.
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
