• Seeking an experienced Field Applications Scientist.
• Role supports customer base in the Chicago/Midwest region.
• Requires frequent travel to customer sites.
• Focus on NGS sample and library prep workflows.
• Provide technical support and product training.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Work independently and manage customer relationships.
• Deliver workshops both in-person and remote.
• Utilize CRM software for customer documentation.
• Must be based in the Chicago area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's with 2+ years in relevant field.
• Experience with NGS sequencing instruments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Skilled in nucleic acids and protein analytical methods.
• Generate high-quality wet-lab data.
• Demonstrated account management skills.
• Comfortable with technical project discussions.
• Must be adaptable and motivated.
• Experience in microscopy and multiomics is a plus.

Benefits

• Base compensation of $90,000 - $110,000.
