Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Our client is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to help their program run like a well oiled machine. You'll interface with clients and act as the direct manager for the Educational Support Specialists.

• Develop program goals, policies and processes
• Facilitate client intake process
• Organize and monitor client assessment and evaluation processes
• Provide regular program updates, presentations, and reports
• Collaborate with staff to identify barriers and create action plans
• Identify trends and assess opportunities for improvement
• Anticipate and track operational risks and issues
• Lead employee hiring, onboarding and training
• Communicate with the Bookkeeping Specialist
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and trends
• Advance the organization's mission and values

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a human services-related field
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing a team
• Experience managing budgets and expenses
• Statistical analysis experience
• Grant and/or proposal writing experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and writing skills
• Aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to successfully pass background check
