IT Support Specialist (MX) - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to IT users, ensuring timely issue resolution and assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client/server systems and network hardware.

• Provide technical support through phone and onsite assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware/software.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and attend required meetings.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Experience with office equipment operation.
