IT Support Specialist (ARG) - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to IT users, ensuring timely issue resolution and assisting with computer operations, software applications, and network hardware.

In Short

• Provide technical support to IT users via phone and onsite assistance.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support client/server systems.
• Assist end users with computer operations and software applications.
• Coordinate IT requirements with users and management.
• Document and route incoming IT requests and escalate tickets as necessary.
• Provide user training and exceptional customer service.
• Support the IT department's goals and assist in developing strategies.
• Stay informed about new systems and technological advances.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware/software.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and attend required meetings.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Experience with office equipment such as computers and copiers.
