Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation - Remote

Overview

As a Sr Analyst, you will play a meaningful role supporting the Program Manager in making data driven decisions as well as supporting the execution and implementation of key programs.

In Short

• Support the Program Managers in the development of Elastic’s strategy on high visibility initiatives.
• Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations.
• Analyze data from various sources for business requirement documents.
• Create comprehensive project test plans and report testing activities.
• Coordinate and provide guidance on initiatives to multi-functional partners.
• Develop and implement standard processes across finance functions.
• Collaborate with teams across various groups to ensure successful program delivery.
• Leverage finance and marketplace experience to drive programs.
• Make informed decisions to drive positive business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, and business operations support.
• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or Information Technology.
• Experience with Consumption and Marketplace Business Models.
• Experience on finance projects enabling Cloud Service Provider Marketplace support.
• Understanding of order to cash transaction flow and data reconciliation.
• Prior experience with data mapping and process flows.
• Good interpersonal and team building skills.
• Ability to take charge of tasks with minimal mentorship.
• Continuous improvement mentality.
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with integrity.
