Overview

The Studio Business Group (SBG) Finance team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver technology roadmaps from inception through solution adoption.

• Design and deliver technology roadmaps for finance transformation.

• Conduct analysis of current business systems and processes.

• Facilitate testing and ensure user buy-in for system changes.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations.
• Monitor success measures and document lessons learned.
• Partner with other teams to address improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Advanced experience with cloud-based FP&A tools.
• Proven track record in FP&A transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in data architectures for FP&A processes.
• Experience with Master Data Management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Understanding of the gaming or entertainment industries.
• BS/BA in relevant fields; CBAP preferred.
