Webinar Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic Webinar Marketing Manager to act as the primary architect of our hosted and 3rd party webinar programs. This role sits at the critical intersection of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.

In Short

• Own calendar of 15+ webinars a month.
• Plan targeted, compelling webinar themes & topics.
• Develop multi-channel promotion plans to drive registrations.
• Manage program execution including timeline and deliverables.
• Technical directing within the Zoom platform.
• Moderate live Q&A and manage audience engagement.
• Build and deploy sequences in Outreach for follow-up.
• Use Tableau and Marketo to track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Ensure all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation or Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars, Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AI tools for event engagement and program scaling.
• Knowledge of demand generation campaigns.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
