The Sr Technical Consultant will be responsible for executing data and permission migration projects, ensuring successful customer deployment and adoption of the Egnyte platform.

In Short

Execute data and permission migration projects from on-premises and Cloud sources.
Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for monitoring and troubleshooting migration jobs.
Engage with customers to provide status and escalate issues.
Strong technical skills in software installation, troubleshooting, and virtualization.
Experience with data migration tools and enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
10+ years of relevant technical experience.
Willing to work during US Eastern time.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline preferred.

Requirements

Strong technical skills in software installation and troubleshooting.
Experience with data and permission migration tools.
Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V).
Proficiency in Windows/Linux Server operating systems.
Ability to execute and monitor scripts (Python, SQL, PowerShell).
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO.
Prior experience in a customer-facing implementation role.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
