Senior VRD/Terrassement Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior VRD/Terrassement Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the technical solutions implemented on nuclear projects, analyzing constraints, and determining the best methods for excavation and site preparation.

• Work within the Nuclear activity of Egis.
• Coordinate with various technical fields on nuclear projects.

• Define general rules for earthworks and VRD operations.

• Conduct studies for temporary and permanent supports.

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or specialized fields (Civil Engineering, Geoscience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical missions for infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Fluency in technical English (minimum B2).
• Strong technical skills in Geotechnics, Earthworks, and Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector and suppliers.
• Experience with 3D tools (MENSURA, COVADIS, Navisworks, Synchro PRO).
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the nuclear sector is a plus.
