UX/UI Specialist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

Egen is seeking a UX/UI Designer who transforms complexity into clarity, creating accessible and intuitive experiences for clients in government, healthcare, and beyond.

In Short

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in government sectors and/or healthcare.
• Familiarity with ADA compliance and WCAG is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in UX research, UI design, wireframing, and flow creation.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Experience creating User Journeys and Happy Paths.
• Understanding and application of Atomic Design Methodology.
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries.
• Ability to design accessible and intuitive interfaces, especially for government projects.
