In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies tailored to client needs and project complexity.
• Facilitate Scrum events ensuring productive sessions.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively on project updates, risks, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams including cloud engineers and AI/ML specialists.
• Coach teams in self-organization and Agile practices.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Professional Services or consulting.
• Proven success managing technical projects in Cloud, AI/ML, and Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Project Management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tracking systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP certification.
