We are looking for an Education Researcher to drive meaningful learning impact by conducting research that informs our product design and demonstrates its efficacy. This role involves exploring best practices in education, measuring the effectiveness of our product and translating research findings into actionable insights that benefit educators and students worldwide.

In Short

• Conduct ongoing literature reviews to identify evidence-based educational best practices.
• Engage with schools, teachers, and students to understand classroom applications of our product.
• Partner with learning design leads to build impact frameworks for each EP subject.
• Explore EP product usage data and customer insights to identify areas of impact.
• Design and lead research investigations to measure learning impact.
• Employ qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques for rigorous analysis.
• Share findings with stakeholders to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to communicate research findings to customers.

Requirements

• Honours or Masters qualification in Education.
• Strong research methodology experience.
• Data analysis experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience with peer review and publishing research findings.
• Ability to communicate research findings effectively.
• Adaptable mindset for prioritising multiple tasks.
• A team player who can work across multiple time zones.
