As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

In Short

• Join the People & Culture team as a Community & Inclusion Specialist.
• Focus on creating inclusive workspaces and championing DEI initiatives.
• Manage workplace operations and oversee vendor management.
• Design and implement engaging programs and events.
• Act as a central point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
• Support the development and implementation of DEI programs.
• Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the P&C team on broader people strategies.
• Work part-time hours (25 hours per week).
• Preference for candidates based in or near New Zealand hubs.
