Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the technology stack that drives revenue growth across Bridgeway Academy.

In Short

• Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of company websites using WordPress.
• Manage e-commerce functionality through WooCommerce.
• Serve as a key administrator for HubSpot CRM.
• Provide operational support for sales and communication technologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party developers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation for systems.
• Support initiatives to improve data flow between teams.
• Monitor the performance of systems and platforms.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in revenue operations or systems support role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as AirCall, TalkDesk, FreshChat.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple systems.
• Experience in education or mission-driven organization preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools preferred.
• Basic understanding of API integrations preferred.
