In Short

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Oversee Paylocity HRIS functions, including payroll changes and benefits administration.
• Serve as the primary HR contact and facilitate sensitive conversations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate engagement programs.
• Ensure timely performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on HR management experience.
• Proficiency in Paylocity or similar HRIS; strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
