In Short

• Responsible for commercial invoice verification with a focus on construction-related accounting positions.
• Coordinate with project managers for any clarifications needed.
• Support the commercial management of subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor payment runs and deadlines.
• Book all construction-specific invoices and business transactions.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Handle invoicing and receivables management.
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance of project-related data.
• Actively participate in process optimization.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree.
• Relevant knowledge in construction, especially in invoice verification.
• Good understanding of contract law, VOB/B, and BGB.
• Familiarity with construction processes and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Google Workspace and DATEV is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• High engagement and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and solution-oriented approach.
