IT Administrator & Rollout Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Administrator & Rollout Manager to support our team in Berlin or remotely, contributing to a climate-neutral future in the housing sector.

In Short

• Manage hardware and account management for remote colleagues.
• Provide first-level support for software and hardware inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and create training for existing and new software.
• Guide colleagues through the training you have created.
• Organize technical onboarding and offboarding of colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Suite.
• Good English skills for team meetings.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to listen actively and explain clearly.
• Enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies.
