Senior Project Buyer - Remote

Overview

We at ecoworks plan renovation projects for old, inefficient multi-family houses and implement our innovative projects together with housing companies and developers, focusing on affordable, climate-neutral living for all.

In Short

• Support project-related purchasing of supplier and subcontractor services for renovation projects.
• Manage the entire tender process, conduct contract and price negotiations, and oversee the awarding of subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with planning and project management teams regarding tenders.
• Build and develop a sustainable network of subcontractors and partners.
• Ensure clear communication with partners throughout the project duration.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, or comparable training.
• Extensive experience in project purchasing from the construction, facility, or property sector.
• Proficient in the complete AVA process and various IT systems and software.
• Good knowledge of contract law, including VOB, BGB, and HGB.
• High attention to detail and affinity for processes and numbers.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Enjoy working in a team and a strong desire to revolutionize the renovation market in Germany with innovative products.
