In Short

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders and Legal to negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their upcoming needs.
• Maintain an accurate database of contracts including reminders of key dates.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, e-Sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in software and technology sourcing is preferred.
• CPSM or other relevant certification is a plus.
