Senior Meat Buyer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Meat Buyer is responsible for the profitable procurement and timely delivery of products for assigned lines, working closely with the Sr. Director of Purchasing and Senior Buyers to achieve company goals.

• Assess inventory and market conditions for order forecasting.
• Conduct post-promotional reviews and analyses.
• Resolve inventory issues at the store level.
• Manage Accounts Payable variance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Purchasing or Vendor Management experience.
• Marketing/Logistics experience preferred.
• Understanding of beverage procurement and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer aptitude in MS Office.
• Ability to concentrate amidst interruptions.
