IT Security Associate - Remote

Overview

The IT Security Associate will support EcoVadis in enhancing its security posture by engaging with clients and stakeholders to address their security requirements and presenting implemented security measures.

In Short

• Respond to security questionnaires from clients and stakeholders.
• Review and analyze security clauses in contracts.
• Participate in client meetings addressing cybersecurity concerns.
• Conduct security reviews of SaaS applications.
• Maintain and enhance external security posture.
• Support the audit response process.
• Perform IT control assessments.
• Create and maintain security dashboards and reports.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Support IT security awareness programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud-based company.
• Experience with GRC tools and security monitoring solutions.
• Understanding of security controls and their implementation.
• Ability to create security reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.
• Degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Highly autonomous with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SOC 2 is a plus.
