EDI Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The EDI Project Coordinator will optimize global supply chains by planning, coordinating, and technically implementing EDI projects on our cloud platform while communicating with partner companies and customers.

In Short

• Optimize global supply chains through EDI project management.
• Communicate with partner companies and customers worldwide.
• Interface between customers, ERP systems, and our SaaS platform.
• Independently progress integration projects after customer handover.
• Act as a sparring partner for customers, solving technical issues.
• Ensure project success through proactive performance.
• Coordinate EDI mapping with document engineering teams.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and processes for projects.

Requirements

• Degree in informatics or business informatics, or comparable experience.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and protocols (HTTP, SFTP).
• Experience with databases and semi-structured data (CSV, XML).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Passion for learning new things daily.
