• Position: Senior Software Engineer - Trade Engine - Python Developer
• Location: Madrid, Malaga or London - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
• Join the Trade Engine Engineering team at Ebury.
• Develop and optimize a multi-currency accounting system.
• Collaborate with a diverse team across South America and Europe.
• Contribute to the development of the FX platform’s services.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Take full ownership of the products you build.
• Work with CI Jenkins pipelines and Terraform for deployment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing complex software systems.
• Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Proficiency in establishing standard APIs and monitoring systems.
• Experience with legacy code and reducing technical debt.
• Code should be testable and well covered with unit and integration tests.
