Senior Onboarding Analyst - Ebury Institutional Solutions - Remote

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks for corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Identify complex ownership structures and financial transaction patterns.
• Manage a personal portfolio of onboarding cases.
• Direct contact with clients to communicate onboarding standards.
• Perform anti-financial crime checks during the onboarding process.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance client experiences.
• Present Ebury’s onboarding requirements clearly to clients.
• Make informed risk-based decisions on client applications.
• Support ad-hoc projects within the department.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in CDD and EDD with corporate clients.
• Understanding of CDD specific to complex entity types.
• Advanced knowledge of financial crime typologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Diligent with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Experience with direct client contact in financial services is a plus.
• Cooperative and comfortable working in a team environment.
