In Short

• Conduct periodic level 3 independent QA checks on new clients.
• QA on Reassessment client files.
• QA on Screening and Transaction Monitoring.
• Conduct deep dives and thematic reviews.
• Manage and own staff feedback process.
• Track remedial actions.
• Ensure sufficient files are reviewed to meet monthly objectives.
• Hold calibration forums with the 1st line QC Team.
• Liaise with Onboarding and Screening Teams for training.
• Collaborate with the wider Compliance team.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance within Financial Crime.
• Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations.
• Ability to conduct detailed reviews and assessments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in relevant compliance software.
