The Head of Growth for the Americas will play a crucial role in accelerating our sales and revenue growth across the Americas region, combining strategic new business development with hands-on execution.

  • Lead end-to-end new logo acquisition from prospecting to close.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in sales leadership or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of Americas media markets.
  • Expertise in B2B sales techniques.
  • Experience leading complex solution sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media trends.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
