Overview

Easy Street Capital is a private real estate lender headquartered in Austin, Texas, serving real estate investors around the country. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to join our growing team as an Account Executive.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound web leads and phone calls
  • Proactively prospect for new borrowers and loan opportunities
  • Turn prospects into clients and clients into lifetime customers
  • Answer inbound phone calls from prospective borrowers
  • Explain product offerings to potential clients
  • Generate and close monthly sales quotas
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team
  • Establish long-term relationships with borrowers
  • Represent Easy Street Capital professionally
  • Work in a commission-oriented compensation structure

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Private lending experience preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM software preferred
  • Investment real estate experience preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone
  • High drive and desire to succeed
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
