• Lead development of strategy and analysis of audience segmentation and donor lifecycle marketing.
• Develop and optimize multi-channel engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data-informed insights drive all communication touchpoints.
• Establish goals and evaluation processes for KPIs in donor acquisition and retention.
• Pilot new tactics to improve performance against KPIs.
• Assist in developing overall Digital Fundraising & Engagement strategy.
• Manage updates to donor-facing website content.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and share insights with team members.
• Contribute to an equitable and inclusive work culture.
• Work full-time remotely in the U.S.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and marketing technology.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and data management.
• Ability to translate complex issues into accessible communications.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and respond quickly to new opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset to meet shared goals.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
