Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of customers in the US, acting as the customer advocate within the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience with Enterprise customers
  • Knowledge in financial services/Fintech
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or relevant degree
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and flexibility
  • Can-do approach
