Eagle Home Health is seeking a Telecommute Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. As a Telecommute Medical Customer Service Representative, you will help patients navigate their home health care journey and address any questions or concerns they may have. You will play a critical role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience with our company.

In Short

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and their families
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate care
  • Maintain patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with insurance providers
  • Educate patients on home health care services
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Use Microsoft Office and learn new software
  • Participate in occasional team meetings or training
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
