Field Remote Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Overview

The Field Remote Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide care and support to Alignment Healthcare patients in their homes, focusing on seniors and those with chronic illnesses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active California state NP or PA license.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid BLS and California driver’s license.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct assessments and coordinate care.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
