Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist (Contractor) at Dynavax is responsible for supporting activities related to Quality Systems, including Document Control, Training, Quality Records Management, Supplier Management, Audits, and Quality Event Management.

• 100% remote position, must be located in the United States.
• Support activities related to Quality Systems.
• Administer the Document Control program.
• Administer the Training Program and provide technical support.
• Support the implementation of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
• Maintain records and generate reports for Quality management review.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in maintaining a work environment focused on quality.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with electronic quality management systems.
• Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Occasional travel required.
