ERP Manager - Remote

Overview

The ERP Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

In Short

• Manage tickets and respond promptly to user issues.
• Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM User base.
• Lead system upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Conduct thorough testing and automated testing.
• Implement change control procedures adhering to SOX audit requirements.
• Develop disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Support the implementation of new functionality and modules.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 and AX functionalities.
• Expertise in finance, SCM, inventory management, and manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and on-call as required.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Occasional travel required.
