Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Familiarity with customer service metrics and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with QA tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
