Overview

The Member Success Agent at Dynata is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to panel members participating in market research surveys, ensuring a positive support experience and building strong relationships.

In Short

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to panel members.
  • Support members primarily through email.
  • Achieve or exceed KPI goals for member satisfaction.
  • Perform end-user testing of panel websites.
  • Conduct research and perform fraud checks.
  • Resolve escalated complaints and sensitive issues.
  • Communicate promptly on progress and resolutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adapt to customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the team.

Requirements

  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • 3 months to 1 year of back-office support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite and overtime when needed.
