Overview

The IT Support Intern will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing customer support to ensure client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Install and configure hardware and software (Dell and HP).
  • Communicate with customers to identify problems.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Replace or repair computer parts as necessary.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications (MS Office 365, Multi-Factor Authentication, Global Protect VPN, Crowdstrike Antivirus).
  • Deploy operating systems using LANDESK imaging or Intune Autopilot.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users' equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer support.
  • Work with Dynata to deliver high-quality first-party data.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hardware and software installation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with antivirus software.
  • Experience with operating system deployment tools.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
